Expert medical advice, with the convenience of live video consultation

Our telehealth service allows people to talk to a doctor online to get treated for a full range of conditions, including infections, injuries and even mental health issues.

How it Works

1. Book an appointment

Our online platform allows a patient to select a date and time to suit them and just book-in.

2. Reminder before it starts

We’ll send the patient a FREE text and email to remind them so they can make it or change it on-time.

3. Speak to a doctor online

The patient signs in online, and our telehealth portal will connect them to a qualified GP via video in our secure online surgery.

With our telehealth online video consultation our doctors can diagnose and treat the majority of common ailments that a patient frequently attends their GP for, including:

  • Cold & Flu
  • Sore Throats
  • Respiratory Tract Infections (RTIs)
  • Sinus Infections
  • Urinary Tract Infections (UTIs)
  • Constipation
  • Fever & Headaches
  • Sports Injuries
  • Diarrhoea & Vomiting
  • Eye Conditions
  • Nausea & Sickness
  • Ear Infections
  • Skin Conditions & Rashes
  • Joint Pain & Aches
  • Travel, Insect Bites & Stings
  • Allergies (inc. Hayfever)
  • Asthma
  • Sexual Health matters
  • Plus many more

Our online doctor consultation can be on a one-to-one basis or in some circumstances the patient may choose to speak to a doctor online and have their child or partner alongside them, so that everyone can engage and contribute to the solution the doctors will discuss in the live chat.

Prescriptions

When the doctor prescribes medication during our online chat they’ll ask the patient, if they would like the prescription emailed or posted straight to the patient.

The patient simply chooses the option that works best for them and we’ll send the prescription instantly via email or by first class post.

Each consultation lasts up to 15 minutes.
